How long does it takes for my bouquets or arrangement to be delivered?

Delivery times vary but typically range from 2 to 4 hours. Same-day deliveries are possible for certain locations and orders placed before our cut-off time.

Is there additional delivery fee for Sentosa or other restricted zones?

Yes, there is additional fee for the restricted zones listed below:

– Tuas
– Jurong Island
– Changi Airport
– Sentosa
– Marina Bay Sands
– All Army Camps

What happens if the person is not home to receive the delivery?

If the recipient is not home, and both the buyer and recipient are uncountable for more than 10 mins, without any prior special delivery instructions given, there will be a redelivery charge of  $15.

What is your delivery policy?

Our delivery policy is as below:

Delivery to restricted zones

Re-deliveries
Please note that re-deliveries will be charged at $15 for the circumstances listed below:

– Wrong delivery address
– Invalid delivery address,
– Recipient is not home, and both the buyer and recipient are uncountable for more than 10 mins, without any prior special delivery instructions given. 
– Where an overseas number is provided, we will not contact by phone. We will only email, unless special instructions are given to Whatsapp.

Can I request for refund if my event/wedding is cancelled?

Refund policies depend on the circumstances. Contact us immediately, and we’ll assess your situation individually.

If I need to change my event date, what should I do?

Notify us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated based on availability and timing.

If I need to change my theme, what should I do?

Notify us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated based on availability and timing.

If I need to change my venue, what should I do?

Notify us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated based on availability and timing.

How early in advance do I need to book my florist for my wedding or event?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance for weddings and major events to secure your date. Contact us today for your booking questions.

What is the process like after booking?

After booking, we’ll discuss your preferences, finalize details, and send a confirmation. Regular communication ensures a smooth process.
