Introduction:
5 Stones Florist was honored to collaborate with RELX (S) Pte Ltd for their “Appreciation Night” corporate event. Held on September 5, 2023, at the Begonia Junior Ballroom, Sands Expo & Convention Centre, this project showcased our expertise in creating sophisticated floral decor that transforms event spaces.

Event Theme & Color Palette:
The event featured an elegant and fresh theme with a refined color palette of green, white, champagne, and blue. This combination created an atmosphere of tranquility, gratitude, and timeless sophistication.

Floral Arrangements & Selections:
We designed and crafted 20 bespoke table centerpieces to embody the event’s theme. Each arrangement harmoniously blended the following blooms and foliage:

  • Lily Double Petals – for elegance and fragrance

  • Peach Roses – symbolizing gratitude

  • Dianthus & Carnation Spray – adding texture and softness

  • Eryngium – for striking blue contrast

  • Orchids & Pong Pong – lending exotic luxury and visual interest

  • Baby’s Breath – creating an airy, delicate feel

  • Ruscus, Eucalyptus, and Fern – providing lush greenery and freshness

Venue Transformation:
The Begonia Junior Ballroom was transformed into a serene, verdant space where each centerpiece served as a graceful focal point. The blend of greens and whites evoked peace and new beginnings, while accents of champagne and blue added celebration and calm.

Outcome & Feedback:
The decor elevated the venue’s ambiance, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from RELX and attendees. Our meticulous attention to detail—from concept to execution—helped create a memorable evening of appreciation.
